We stayed at a hotel on the French side, which offers free beach chairs and umbrellas on Pinel Island. Our room had a modern and bright design with waxed concrete floors and handcrafted wooden furniture. the bathroom was spacious and had a shower room. Breakfast was good and served quickly. Location was excellent, away from big resorts and souvenir shops, and there were several French restaurants nearby.
The hotel had some issues with little ants in the bathroom.

We really enjoyed the property because it was just a walk down to a boat dock. Everything was very clean. The room was impeccable, we would definitely book here again.

Beautiful pool view! You can walk to the ferry port from here. It's super close to Observatoire des Oiseaux and other cool tourist spots. Plus, Chevrise Pond is just a stone's throw away from this place! 🌴

We loved our stay at this hotel. The breakfast was simple but tasty, and the hotel's location was very convenient for exploring the area. One highlight was the free access to Pinel Island and the reserved beach chairs and umbrellas. The view from our room was stunning, and we enjoyed watching the sunrise from our deck.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

Spent Christmas in an amazing island. Stayed in a cozy boutique lodge with breathtaking views of the ocean. Enjoyed freshly baked croissants, yogurt, and fruits for breakfast every morning while watching boats sail by. The lodge is located in a secured and tranquil area conveniently positioned to nearby tourist spots. Access to a stunning beach nearby with free use of beach chairs and umbrellas. The friendly and welcoming team made our stay delightful and memorable.
None - except maybe the bad odor from the seaweed on the beach. But hey, that's just mother nature.

Our Christmas getaway was quite pleasant. the villas were comfortable and spacious enough for two. the kayaks and boat access to the nearby island were some of the most thrilling experiences. the location was perfect for anyone looking for a spot far from the madding crowd. We enjoyed the safety and serenity of the area.
The breakfasts were very basic and could have done with some variety or more options. Although the staff were hospitable, we would have loved to have seen more eatery options nearby as the kitchenette was a little too basic.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
